This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which order cancellations are accepted at Anas Electronics.
Order Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
PCB Repair & Testing Cancellations
PCB Repair & Testing orders cannot be cancelled once inspection, diagnostics, or repair work has started, as these services involve labor and technical evaluation.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Custom products, special-order PCBs, and items arranged on customer demand are not eligible for cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of administrative, handling, or processing charges.
Shipping charges may be deducted from refundable amounts.
Right to Refuse Cancellation
Anas Electronics reserves the right to approve or reject any cancellation request based on order status and service progress.
